DAMILLE INVESTMENTS LIMITED
The board of Damille Investments Limited ("Damille") notes the
announcements made on Friday 4 June 2010 by EIH plc and that the
NAV of EIH plc has increased by US$0.038 per share as a result of the
settlement of litigation.
Damille holds 11,450,000 shares in EIH plc. Rhys Davies and Brett
Miller, the executive directors of Damille were appointed to the board of
EIH plc on 17 May 2010 with Rhys Davies being appointed nonexecutive
Chairman.
