UPDATE ON TIMING OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

On 15 July 2022, the Company announced that it has reached agreement with Emirates that at the lease end date, currently expected to be 16 December 2022, the Company will sell the Asset (as defined in that announcement) to Emirates for £25.30m.

The agreement with Emirates has necessitated changes to its audited annual financial report for the financial year ended 31 March 2022 (the “2021/22 Accounts”), resulting in an inevitable delay to their preparation. The Company working with its auditor will now finalise the 2021/22 Accounts, which will be published within the two-month extension period permitted by the FCA in respect of the requirement under DTR 4.1 for publicly traded companies to publish their annual financial report.
